2502/30 Glen St, Milsons Point; an incredible waterfront view apartment with distant harbour views. The design intent of the project was to create an open plan living, to maximise storage space and take advantage of the ocean views. This was achieved by creating spatial alterations such as the removal of the kitchen wall and third bedroom (as requested by the occupant) to open up and improve the connection and flow around the living and dining area towards the linear views. The design & refurbishment process began with an initial presentation with design ideas and sketches, followed by 3D model views and plans and then final rendered perspectives.
